Is McCord Health the same as McCord Research?

Do you offer free shipping?

McCordHealth.com orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Review the shipping options and any charges shown at checkout for your delivery address. Marketplace offers may differ.

Are subscriptions or discounts available?

Available purchase options, subscription terms and promotions are shown on the product page or at checkout. Review them before placing your order. For help with an existing subscription, use the subscription-management link in your emails or account, or contact us.

When will my order arrive?

Check the delivery information shown at checkout and your shipping confirmation for tracking updates. If you need help with an order or delivery estimate, contact our team with your order number.

How should I take my supplement?

Follow the directions on the current product label. Serving sizes, timing and instructions differ among powders, capsules and softgels. Do not exceed the suggested amount unless your healthcare professional advises you to do so.

For HeartHealth, take two softgels together daily, preferably with food. For other formulas, review the individual product page and label.

Can supplements interact with medicines or with each other?

Yes. Ask a doctor or pharmacist to review your medicines and supplements, especially before combining formulas or before surgery. Get professional guidance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are considering a supplement for a child. Natural ingredients are not automatically safe for everyone.

Can supplements replace a varied diet?

No. Supplements may help address a particular nutritional need, but they do not replace a varied diet. A healthcare professional can help assess your needs. Our guide to RDA and Daily Value explains common label terms.

Where can I check ingredients and allergens?

Review the Supplement Facts panel, other ingredients, allergen information and warnings on the current label. Do not assume all formulas are caffeine-free, vegetarian or free of a particular allergen. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.

How do I get help with a return?

Products and shipping documents must be returned within 60 days of the date your order was shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned product charges, except for our errors. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please contact our team with your order number for return authorization before sending anything back.
